The reality is that doing so would require us to shut down ShopLook forever as we can no longer continue to support the costs on our own which we have been doing to-date.

We plan to keep the core of ShopLook free including the ability to add images from your camera roll. This feature is actually NOT a part of the premium offer and it remains free. Anything that you do now will continue to remain free. Premium features have been added as an option for users who want to contribute to our future while getting access to more advanced features only.

Related to your concern on crashes, the next time this happens to you, can you please submit a bug report directly from the app it can be found in the setting tab. This will send important information about your crash to us to help us fix it. On your feedback about the status system, we understand this feedback.

Slowly the app is getting better. Last year when Polyvore was shut down, I instantly went here, but it was a skeleton of an app. I just wish there was a way to select multiple items to add to a collection instead of just selecting items one by one. It makes things tedious.
